It's been a little over a year since we contracted with Tom Brown and his company Integrity Building and Remodeling of Henryville, PA. Our need was to have a screened porch converted into a four season room. We cannot overstate our complete satisfaction with every aspect of of the contract. From our initial contact, they delivered just as promised. The price, every detail, the time frame and the completed job was very satisfactory. Dismantling of the original porch as necessary was finished one first day and all debris removed. Two very competent workers, George and Rich, then began and the total job was finished in about two and a half weeks. The workmanship and quality was evident throughout the project. They regularly checked with us to ensure everything being done was to our liking. They were as neat as possible during the construction. When the job was completed, Tom Brown unexpectedly visited our home and reviewed the completed job. He made a point to be sure we were totally satisfied. We would never hesitate to contract with Tom and his company in any future needs in their expertise. We spend a lot of time in our new room and regularly say to each other what a great job they did, and how much we enjoy the new room.

Congratulations on 20 years and hope to see many more. It's nice to know there is someone that can help you when you need it. It's been about 5 years since I called you to put an apartment in my basement because my daughter needed a place to live before her baby was born. After dealing with other people in this area, I was sure that the baby would come before the apartment was done. You let me know that you would do what you could but it was short notice. Bottom line, the apartment was done before I needed it. Since then when I need something done, I call you and it gets done. You return calls, give real answers, and when the job is done, it's done well.
